The High ups of Sui Southern Gas Company met speaker Balochistan Provincial Assembly in his chamber regarding a ruling given by the speaker on a resolution No.2 presented by Mir Muhammad Sadiq Umrani during the assembly session on 19th May  2008. The resolution was regarding CNG stations.
The SSGC high ups told the speaker that a total of 15 Applications were received for establishment of CNG stations, out of which three stations HDIP station Qambrani road, Askari station Zarghoon road and Blue zone in front of Askari Park are operating at the moment. While 100 Percent gas supply has been made to Arbab Station Spini Road and Ahmed Petroleum Coala Phattak.
However, those stations have not started their services yet. During the meeting, it was decided that owners of these CNG stations would be directed to launch their services within one week. Launching of these two service stations would certainly help reduce the problems faced by the citizens. The SSGC officials further told the speaker that no application has been submitted for CNG stations outside Quetta, and whenever such application is received necessary action would be taken immediately.
The Deputy General Manager further told that the remaining 10 stations are under completion.
