Assembly session requisitioned on 12th February 2020 at 2:00pm

N O T I F I C A T I O N

No. PAB/Legis:I(19)2020.  WHEREAS, 17 (Seventeen) Members of the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan have presented a requisition, duly signed by them on 30^th January, 2020, for summoning of Provincial Assembly.

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Clause (3) of Article 54 read with Article of 127 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the Speaker, Balochistan Provincial Assembly, hereby summon the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan to meet in the Provincial Assembly Hall, Shara-e-Zarghoon Quetta, on Wednesday the 12^th February, 2020 at 02:00 P.M’’.
