No. PAB/Legis:II(4)2018.  The following order of the Honorable Acting Speaker, Provincial Assembly of Balochistan is hereby published for general information:-

“ORDER

WHEREAS. 17 (Seventeen) Members of the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan have presented a requisition, duly signed by them for summoning of the Provincial Assembly.

            NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by clause (3) of Article 54 read with the Article 127 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, I Sardar Babar Khan Musakhail, Acting Speaker, Balochistan Provincial Assembly, hereby summon the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan to meet in the Provincial Assembly Hall, at Shara-e-Zarghoon Quetta, on Saturday, the 22nd September, 2018 at 3:00 p.m”.
